Note on Construction Records: Under California law, we are legally entitled to deny a deletion request if retaining your data is necessary to complete a contract, honor a structural warranty, comply with safety/building codes, or defend against future latent defect liability claims.

Right to Limit Sensitive Data: We only use sensitive information (like subcontractor Tax IDs or project financial details) strictly to perform the requested construction services or evaluate bids.

Right to Opt-Out of Selling or Sharing: Alloy Builders does not sell your personal data for money. We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral marketing.
